and the courage to innovate, then this role is for you!What You’ll DoAssist customers in a timely and effective manner using established processes, tools, internal/external resources and professional communicationCalculate customer bills by performing rate calculations using established processesEscalate account inquiries when warrantedStrictly adhere to applicable privacy legislationObtain and verify customer information to maintain accuracy with the ATCO Customer Information SystemInvestigate and resolve site information, charging discrepancies and work queue exceptionsAssist in the maintenance of accurate and complete process related documentationWhat You BringGrade 12 Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)Previous Call Centre experience would be considered an assetMathematical aptitude to calculate rates and billingMust possess exceptional customer service skillsMust be able to deal effectively and courteously with internal and external customersThrive in a fast‑paced and changing environmentMust have high attention to input accurate and detailed information efficientlyMust have strong record keeping, documentation, and organizational skillsKnowledge of a variety of software and system applications as required by the workgroup will be desirableKnowledge of department and company policy and procedures would be an assetGeneral knowledge of utility industry would be an assetOperational RequirementsMust have the availability to work adaptable shifts Monday to Friday, between 8AM and 5PM#J-18808-Ljbffr
