Job Summary:The Clinical Counselor will:Work alongside a multi-disciplinary early intervention team and participate in program development.Facilitate counseling to children and/or families who are considered at risk in one or more areas of development.Participate in regular service reviews, case and team consultation/supervision and meetings as required.Develop and implement therapeutic plans and programs and evaluate their effectiveness.Maintain a caseload and provide transition planning.Liaise with and provide referrals to community agencies, committees, and other professionals.Establish and maintain current professional practice.Education, Training and ExperienceMaster's degree in counselling psychology or a related field.Minimum 2 years of recent experience with children and familiesDemonstrated working knowledge of family centered practice, early intervention, child development, family support and community-based servicesQualifications: Skills and AbilitiesMust possess organizational and time management skillsAbility to work effectively with staff, volunteers,
