This position is intentionally structured for progression by balancing hands‑on project coordination toward gradual leadership responsibility.The RoleIn this role, you will spend most of your time supporting active construction projects through coordination, documentation, and communication management.You will work closely with Project Managers, Site Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients, and be responsible for delivering outcomes related to project organization, schedule adherence, and execution flow.Core responsibilities include:Supporting RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control (Procore or equivalent)Assisting with procurement, tendering, and subcontract administrationTracking schedules, costs, and project documentationCoordinating trades and resolving site issuesParticipating in cost control, forecasting,
