We deliver meaningful benefits support and service and grow toward a future that reimagines what it means to serve.What You’ll DoDirect or respond to telephone inquiries and written requests, including processing changes into the computer system, applying underwriting standards, and assessing risk.Resolve product and service problems by clarifying complaints, determining causes, recommending solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution.File documents and records of insurance transactions; maintain rate manuals and a comprehensive log, flagging contentious issues for management.Complete endorsements, renewals, rewrites, remarkets and cancellations on applicable systems.Review renewals from alternate market carriers and send supporting documentation to members or clients.Assist other service team members by coaching on alternate market availability, rules, and guidelines.Provide quality service while adhering to customer service standards and keeping information confidential.Attract potential members/clients, answer questions, provide product information, obtain ex-dates, and meet or surpass ex‑date objectives to increase sales potential.Perform other duties within competence,



as assigned.QualificationsAIC license.Working toward a CAIB 1 designation is an asset.Proficiency in verbal and written French communication is required.Three years of experience in personal lines, automobile and property insurance.Exceptional communication skills and ability to deal effectively with all levels of stakeholders.Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to handle customer issues pleasantly and positively.Superior time‑management, project‑management, and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of TAM and Portal is an asset.Proficiency in French is considered an asset.Working ConditionsGeneral call centre environment.The ability to work evenings and Saturdays is required.CompensationSalary Range: $52,454 to $70,454.
