This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer seeking meaningful responsibility, strong mentorship and the opportunity to develop their advocacy skills within a collegial, specialized firm.Key ResponsibilitiesManage family law matters with an appropriate level of independence and partner supervisionAdvise clients on separation, divorce, parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, and property divisionDraft pleadings, affidavits, financial statements, conference briefs, domestic contracts and other legal documentsConduct legal research and prepare written opinions and litigation materialsRepresent clients at case conferences, settlement conferences, motions and other court appearancesParticipate in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and settlement discussionsCommunicate directly with clients, opposing counsel,
