experience using Service Titan is an assetStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under minimal supervisionPositive attitude and excellent communication and customer service skillsComfortable with customer‑facing service, sales experience is an assetClass 5 driver’s license with a clean driving recordAttention to detail and a motivation to produce high‑quality workResponsibilities:Install and oversee quality control of residential and commercial hydronic/boiler systems. Repair and maintenance experience is an asset (including burner tuning, cleaning, and replacing worn‑out components)Supervise the install team and ensure job efficiencyTest and calibrate controls, safety devices, and system componentsEnsure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standardsWork with hydronic and steam heating systems, including pumps, expansion tanks, and pipingProvide excellent customer service, explaining issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendationsSupport technicians by attending and overseeing any warranty callsMaintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and follow‑up actionsFollow all safety protocols and company guidelines while on job sitesADVANCE YOUR CAREER WITH USAt Wiehler, integrity is the foundation of everything we do.
