This is an opportunity for a young/new professional to take ownership of structural steel fabrication contributing directly to the successful delivery of high-profile infrastructure across Canada.This role is best suited for a results-driven Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment, understands fabrication-driven projects, and is looking to play a meaningful role in both project execution and pre-construction planning. The position is a mentored one with experienced project managers overseeing training.Key Responsibilities:Lead projects from award through to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budgetCollaborate with Senior Project Managers, Estimators, and Operations to streamline workflows and improve efficiencyOversee:Procurement and coordination of materialsChange order pricing, tracking, and documentationSubmittals, RFIs, RFQs, and shop drawing processesDocument control and project correspondenceMaintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project executionSupport cost-effective project delivery through strong coordination and decision-makingEstimating SupportContribute to structural steel estimating efforts as needed,
