and award of goods and servicesPrepare and evaluate commercial bid packages and contractsEnsure compliance with procurement procedures and project execution plansSupport identification of long‑lead and critical materialsCollaboration & Project Execution Act as liaison between vendors, engineering, project teams, and client supply chain groupsCoordinate and expedite vendor deliverables to meet project schedulesResolve technical and commercial clarifications between stakeholdersContribute to procurement reporting and milestone trackingParticipate in project and procurement meetingsSafety, Quality & Compliance Maintain a high level of ethical conduct in all supplier interactionsEnsure procurement activities align with company standards and client requirementsSupport quality and documentation requirements for materials and servicesTechnical Exposure Work across oil & gas facility and pipeline projects, including conventional oil, heavy oil, and natural gas developmentsGain exposure to specialized projects such as SAGD, CSS, steam systems, and emulsion pipelinesDevelop expertise in vendor management, expediting, logistics, and material tracking within EPCM environmentsAbout You 7-15 years of EPCM experience in procurement, expediting, or supply chainStrong understanding of oil & gas projects, with pipeline and facility experience preferredDemonstrated experience in vendor management and supplier coordinationExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilitiesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environmentExperience with heavy oil projects (SAGD, CSS, pipelines) is considered an asset#J-18808-Ljbffr
