You'll monitor and document patient activities, utilizing a one-way visual and two-way audio system to intervene in potentially dangerous situations. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain visual observation of assigned patients
• Document activities and notable incidents promptly
• Use audio device to redirect at-risk patients




• Notify care team if unsafe behaviors arise
• Collaborate with staff to address potential safety issues
Requirements:
• High School Diploma completion required
• Health Care Aide or Personal Support Worker certification
• Equivalent training and experience considered
• Familiarity with remote patient monitoring preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
