People Ops

Specialist ensures the seamless execution of People Operations and provides advanced support to employees throughout their lifecycle at Docebo. This role is a critical operator across hire-to-retire processes, responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant, and employee-centered support while helping modernize how People Operations work gets done. In addition to managing complex lifecycle activity, this role identifies opportunities to simplify workflows, improve service delivery, strengthen data quality, and support thoughtful adoption of automation, AI, and better system-enabled processes across the function.

Reporting into People Operations leadership, the Sr.

People Ops

Specialist partners closely with HRBPs, People Technology, Payroll, Total Rewards, Finance, IT, and external providers to ensure critical processes run smoothly, employee data is reliable, and the employee experience continues to improve as the company scales. This is an ideal role for someone who combines operational rigor with curiosity and systems thinking — someone who can execute with precision, solve problems quickly, and contribute meaningfully to building the next generation of HR Operations at Docebo. Maintain high standards of employee data integrity in Dayforce and related systems, ensuring records are accurate, compliant, auditable, and aligned with operational standards.

Serve as a senior point of contact for complex employee and stakeholder questions, resolving issues with strong judgment, empathy, responsiveness, and excellent service orientation. Support and continuously improve core People Operations programs and processes in accordance with company policy, regulatory requirements, and regional practices. Identify process improvement opportunities and help redesign workflows to reduce manual effort, eliminate friction, improve consistency, and create better employee and manager experiences.

Partner with People Technology and HRIS stakeholders on the implementation, optimization, testing, and rollout of Dayforce and other People systems, including opportunities to improve self-service, workflow automation, documentation, and case handling. Contribute to the modernization of HR Operations by helping embed practical automation and AI-enabled capabilities into lifecycle work, service delivery, and knowledge flows, with appropriate attention to controls, accuracy, privacy, and employee experience.

Administer employee programs and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors or providers, including benefits, retirement-related processes, leave administration, documentation, and other operational programs as needed.

Perform audits, reviews, and quality checks across People Operations processes and data to identify issues, resolve root causes, and prevent recurrence. Prepare, maintain, and improve employee-facing and internal documentation such as contracts, forms, compliance materials, playbooks, and process guidance so information is current, clear, and easy to use. Provide support across regions and act as a reliable operational partner during peak periods, changes, and cross-functional initiatives that affect People Operations.

Employee data and documentation are reliable, well-maintained, and support downstream processes without unnecessary rework or escalation. Employees, managers, and stakeholders receive timely, knowledgeable support on complex People Operations matters. Process improvements reduce friction, improve efficiency, and make People Operations easier to scale.

Technology, automation, and AI are applied in practical ways that improve service quality and consistency while preserving sound judgment and control. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing sensitive information with discretion. You build trust quickly, collaborate well across functions, and care deeply about delivering a robust employee experience through both excellent execution and thoughtful process improvement.

You are also curious about how technology, automation, and AI can enhance People Operations in practical ways. You do not lose sight of compliance, quality, or the human side of the work, but you are motivated to help the function evolve beyond manual execution toward simpler, smarter, and more scalable operations.
