Lead the maintenance team for Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp., a member of the Mondelēz family. We’re seeking a skilled Supervisor with experience in maintenance practices and strong leadership abilities.

In this role, you will oversee daily maintenance activities, coaching the team towards excellence. You will handle administrative tasks, ensure safety compliance, and drive maintenance cost containment through effective management of resources. Your proactive leadership will help shape the team and ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and lead maintenance projects effectively
• Coach and develop team members through feedback
• Approve employee overtime and manage schedules




• Conduct shift handover meetings with project updates
• Perform workplace inspections to ensure safety compliance

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience
• Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
