Grey Bruce Hospice is searching for an experienced Clinical Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversee operations at Chapman House. As a senior nursing leader, the role ensures protected, high-quality care while fostering respect and collaboration among staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical supervision and support to healthcare staff
• Ensure appropriate staffing and volunteer coverage
• Collaborate with physicians and community partners
• Lead recruitment, onboarding,



and training initiatives
• Monitor and improve clinical documentation and care delivery
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 10+ years of nursing experience in relevant fields
• 5+ years of management experience in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of clinical best practices and standards
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
