Southbridge is looking for a passionate Registered Dietitian to enhance the well-being of our long-term care residents. This part-time position, requiring one day per week, involves consulting on nutrition needs, conducting assessments, and developing individualized care plans. Educating families and staff about nutrition is a vital part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consult on nutrition and hydration program needs
• Conduct nutritional assessments using RAI MDS 2.0
• Develop and implement individualized dietary care plans




• Review seasonal menus for nutritional adequacy
• Communicate effectively with the Food Service Manager

Requirements:
• Registered Dietitian with Ontario membership eligibility
• 3-5 years’ experience in long-term care preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and RAI MDS 2.0
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Negative vulnerable sector check and TB test required
