Intelex Technologies ULC is seeking a Collections Analyst to manage overdue customer accounts, drive timely collections, and reduce financial risk through careful follow-up and reconciliations. You will partner with Billing, Legal, and Customer Success to resolve inquiries and improve AR processes.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in collections, solid MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work with Salesforce or other accounting software.
