In this operational role, you will oversee the deployment and measurement of ESG initiatives, assessing their impact on sustainability and financial performance. With a focus on environmental priorities, such as energy efficiency, this position requires the ability to partner with the ESG Analyst in tracking progress and reporting results. This role is ideal for someone with a solid project management background and keen analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage execution of ESG initiatives alongside stakeholders
• Assess new ESG opportunities and create business cases
• Partner with Analyst to measure sustainability impact
• Present updates on ESG initiatives to senior leadership
• Conduct benchmarking to inform ESG strategy
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in operations with data analysis
• ESG experience preferred (1-2 years)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with GHG Protocol and carbon accounting
• Strong communication skills in French and English
