Key Responsibilities:
• Create professional client experiences via phone, email, and in person
• Assist with policy changes and billing inquiries




• Explain insurance concepts clearly and accurately
• Review accounts for gaps and improvement opportunities
• Document client conversations and maintain organized files

Requirements:
• Background in customer service or a related field
• Solid communication skills in English, bilingual preferred
• Comfort with digital systems and data entry
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9-5
• Commitment to obtaining an Ontario general insurance license
