Our client is a well known Construction Management firm with decades of experience building quality mid and high rise construction projects across the GTA. With a current project coming on line this spring, they are adding an experienced high rise site superintendent to their team.
The Site
Superintendent duties will include but are not limited to: ⢠Assuring all projects are completed according to design and specifications while maintaining deadlines and budgets ⢠Assisting in the creation and implementation of safety procedures as well as chairing safety committee meetings ⢠Coordinating all relevant inspections ⢠At least 5 - 10 years of experience in residential construction as a Site Superintendent ⢠A degree/diploma or other relevant certifications in a construction related field
