Elevate training processes with SkyAlyne as a Training Standards Specialist. Support curriculum development and improve standards for Canada's Future Aircrew Training Program, available in Ottawa or remote. In this full-time role, you will collaborate with the Manager of Training and Standards to coordinate and distribute critical training documentation.

Your expertise will support instructional design and improve standards in the Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) program. Working with subject matter experts, your contributions will ensure compliance and efficiency in training delivery across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and delivering courseware and training standards
- Collaborate with SMEs to create control documents




- Track compliance with program guidelines and policies
- Monitor and evaluate instructional standards
- Support data analytics for program improvement Requirements:
- Experience in developing learning and development plans
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with CFITES and training tools
- Ability to obtain Government of Canada Security Clearance
