BMO Financial Group is seeking an and experienced CIAM Operations Lead/SRE to own the health, performance, and resilience of our CIAM platforms. You will drive SRE practices, incident management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure secure, available identities for customers.
You will lead CIAM platform engineering, automation initiatives, and DevSecOps practices while aligning with enterprise security and compliance requirements. Solid leadership and communication skills are essential.
