The Senior Payroll Analyst will report to the Payroll Manager and combine hands-on payroll processing with system support and vendor coordination. Engage closely with Payroll and HR Technology teams, and play a crucial role in validating payroll requirements and supporting Atlantic’s technology transformation initiative. Key Responsibilities:
• Review payroll inputs and employee changes for accuracy
• Perform payroll audits and resolve discrepancies
• Provide technical support for Dayforce Payroll
• Coordinate vendor management and documentation
• Support testing and validation of system changes
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of Dayforce payroll experience
• Knowledge of Canadian payroll processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Excel and data management
• Post-secondary education in payroll or related field
