McWane, Inc. is seeking a Millwright / Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment to ensure safe, reliable and productive operations.
This role supports production uptime, preventive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will perform mechanical repairs, welding, fabrication, and occasional equipment overhauls, while following all safety rules and collaborating with supervisors to minimize downtime and resolve equipment issues on the
