Warehouse & Installation Manager (Crew Coordination exp req)
Responsibilities Supervise/direct warehouse staff for productive daily operations and positive customer experience
Manage receiving, warehousing, inventory, and distribution operations
Maintain inventory accuracy; coordinate orders and delivery timelines
Coordinate installation schedules across customers, sales, and crews
Monitor crew performance; address concerns and improvement opportunities
Conduct job-site inspections and document findings as required
Control inventory via physical counts and system reconciliation
Inspect and coordinate repairs to warehouse equipment and vehicles
Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and presentable warehouse facility
Maintain warehouse security procedures and access protocols
Plan and implement warehouse layout and organization improvements
Perform other duties as needed to support the overall team
Warehouse & Installation Manager (Crew Coordination exp req) Qualifications 4+ years warehouse experience required
3+ years management experience required
2+ years forklift operating experience required
Valid driver's license and clean driver’s abstract required
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs on occasion required
