Pontosense in Toronto or Waterloo is seeking a hands-on Operations Lead to run onboarding, offices, events, and contracts while partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Success to keep the business moving.
You will own HR-related processes, vendor relationships, and facilities, ensuring recent hires are set up with laptops and access, and that contracts and renewals are tracked. This role reports to the CEO and sits hybrid across two offices, with a mission to scale as the company grows.
