Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day technical support in the 2D pipeline
• Troubleshoot workflow issues for artists in multiple software
• Investigate and resolve DCC and asset issues
• Streamline repetitive production processes for efficiency
• Document pipeline guidelines and support artist resources
Requirements:
• Experience as a 2D Pipeline TD or similar role
• Solid knowledge of 2D animation production workflows
• Proficiency in Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
