We are looking for 2 Welders to join our team on the afternoon shift .

Pay: $22–$30/hour + $2/hour afternoon shift premium

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions

Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automated welding equipment

Perform welding using GTAW (TIG), GMAW, FCAW , and multi-pass welding techniques

Fabricate and repair metal components

Ensure work meets quality and safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of welding experience

Current welding certification

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to read and understand English for safety procedures and technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
