In this role, you'll supervise and coach production technical operators to achieve quality and safety objectives. You'll handle equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, and execute changeovers seamlessly. Engaging directly with personnel, you'll also promote the company’s Core Values in Safety, Quality, and Growth to create a productive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor equipment to maintain standard running conditions
• Supervise safety and quality operations among teams
• Facilitate development of Standard Work instructions




• Lead troubleshooting and breakdown repairs
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety standards

Requirements:
• Trade school degree or high school diploma with experience
• 2-3 years in food manufacturing preferred
• Basic mechanical skills for preventative maintenance
• Solid communication and analytical abilities
• Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout procedures
