As a Health Care Aide at Mimak Care, you will provide essential support in long-term and assisted living settings. You’ll assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily activities while working under regulated healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
• Ensure safe handling and transfer of residents
• Document resident care accurately and consistently




• Follow the direction of healthcare professionals
• Participate in training on dementia and responsive behaviors

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
• Valid Health Care Aide certificate required
• Food Safe Basic certification needed
• CPR/First Aid certification and clear criminal record
• TB screening and immunization records required
