Provide vital healthcare to youth with The Alex as a Youth Nurse Practitioner. Focus on holistic care and trauma-informed approaches for clients aged 12-24 at the Youth Health Centre and Health Bus.

In this permanent, part-time role, the Nurse Practitioner will deliver comprehensive medical and social services under the direction of the Mobile Health and Youth Health Centre Clinic Manager. Candidates will engage with vulnerable youth clients, performing advanced assessments, ordering diagnostics, and managing treatment plans. This role requires expertise in complex health conditions, addiction treatment, and team-oriented team efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver care via the Youth Health Bus and in clinic settings
• Conduct assessments and manage health conditions




• Educate and advocate for youth health needs
• Prescribe medications and medical treatments
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:
• Active CRNA license and Nurse Practitioner program completion
• Experience in trauma-informed and harm reduction care
• Ability to work with diverse youth populations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Clean driver's abstract and personal vehicle for outreach
