Southbridge is seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian for its Owen Sound, Ontario location. This part-time position requires three days a week of expertise in geriatric nutrition and interaction with residents, families, and healthcare teams. You will play a critical role in nutritional assessments and personalized meal planning, ensuring our residents receive optimal care and delicious food.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consult and advise on nutrition and hydration needs
• Complete nutritional assessments using RAI MDS 2.0
• Develop and evaluate individualized nutrition care plans




• Review seasonal menus for nutritional adequacy
• Educate residents and team members on nutrition recommendations

Requirements:
• Registered Dietitian with College of Dietitians of Ontario
• 3-5 years experience in long-term care preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Negative vulnerable sector check completed
