Join the Summit Equipment & Repair team as a Remote Apprentice Truck & Trailer Mechanic. This role features hands-on training in the diagnostic and repair processes of heavy vehicles.

In this full time remote position, you will gain invaluable experience supporting the maintenance and repair of the heavy-duty fleet. Working alongside seasoned mechanics, you'll develop skills in equipment diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and vehicle repairs. Your success hinges on a strong mechanical mindset and commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain heavy trucks and trailers consistently
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures
• Produce thorough inspection reports for maintenance records




• Enforce health and safety practices on the job
• Assist with repairs on-site and during road calls

Requirements:
• Registered as an Apprentice Truck & Transport Mechanic
• Demonstrated experience in truck maintenance and repair tasks
• Valid, clean Class 5 driver’s license
• Strong understanding of safety standards
• Willingness to learn advanced repair techniques
