About the RoleYou will act as a key contributor to the firm's municipal and land development group, advising on a broad range of planning, regulatory, and expropriation matters. The role offers a mix of advisory, advocacy, and client‑facing work, with the expectation of handling files with a high degree of autonomy. Advise on municipal law, land use planning, and development matters Represent clients in expropriation proceedings, including compensation‑related disputes Navigate zoning by‑laws, development approvals,
