Become an essential player at SSR Mining as an Automotive Mechanic in the Seabee Gold Operation. This role emphasizes mechanical expertise in vehicle repair and maintenance, supporting underground and surface operations.

Reporting to the Supervisor of Maintenance, you will provide critical mechanical support across various operations. Your skills in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of light-duty vehicles will enhance our efficiency. With minimal supervision, you’ll ensure the upkeep of mechanical equipment while adhering to safety standards and promoting a team-oriented team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair light-duty vehicles and equipment
• Troubleshoot and inspect equipment for malfunctions




• Interpret work orders and technical manuals
• Test repaired equipment and ensure performance
• Train and direct team members as required

Requirements:
• Journeyperson Automotive Certificate required
• Minimum of five years’ mechanical experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Commitment to safety protocols and practices
