The Learning Solutions Specialist is a full-time role dedicated to enhancing team member performance within our Patient Support Program. Working closely with leadership and subject matter experts, you will develop effective training solutions. This position emphasizes adult learning principles and instructional design to create tailored training for diverse roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and facilitate training sessions for Patient Support roles
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts for accurate content
• Create eLearning modules,



user guides, and lesson plans
• Optimize LMS for blended learning solutions
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify performance gaps

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Patient Support Program knowledge preferred
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
