Westbrook Mall is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager to lead the team delivering magical Santa visits and guest photography experiences. You will oversee daily photo operations, drive sales, manage staffing, and ensure excellent guest service across busy holiday periods.
You’ll recruit, train, schedule, and coach team members, partner with venue staff, handle deposits and reports, and resolve guest concerns while maintaining a protected, positive work environment.
