Reporting to the Program Manager of Transit Planning, this role requires expertise in transit service planning and analysis. You will design effective transit routes, monitor performance, and ensure community needs are met. Strong skills in data analysis and public engagement are vital to support this position and help achieve strategic transit objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design transit routes for various services and systems
• Communicate with operations for feasibility checks
• Analyze statistics to monitor system performance




• Conduct research on demographics and ridership data
• Review development applications for transit impacts

Requirements:
• University degree in Planning or related field
• Minimum two years in transit or transportation planning
• Knowledge of public transit service standards
• Familiarity with land use planning processes
• Advanced skills in GIS and transit scheduling software
