I’m supporting a manufacturing business with an opportunity for an experienced Production Controller to join their team in Toronto.

This is a hands‑on opportunity to take ownership of production planning and scheduling, working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse to ensure orders are delivered on time while maintaining efficient inventory levels.

What They’re Looking For





3+ years’ experience in production planning, scheduling, or production control within a manufacturing environment

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field

Strong understanding of MRP logic and ERP systems

Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, schedules, and trackers

Ability to balance competing priorities such as changeovers, due dates, production capacity, and inventory

Comfortable re‑planning throughout the day in response to changing operational requirements

Transparent communicator who can work effectively with both plant‑floor teams and office staff

Location
The position is based on‑site in Toronto, Ontario , within a manufacturing plant environment.
