Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Manager with a robust background in Backend/API Development. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills and a solid understanding of backend technologies. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee backend/API development projects from initiation to completion.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of project status and changes.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.





Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience in project management, particularly in software development projects.

Strong understanding of backend technologies and API development.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Experience with cloud services and microservices architecture.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

15-30 years of relevant experience in project management and backend/API development.
