As an Inventory Control Analyst reporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor, you will enhance inventory data integrity and ensure payroll accuracy. Your expertise will support inventory management through detailed reporting, analysis, and identifying areas for operational improvement. You will collaborate with teams to optimize inventory controls and enhance overall reporting efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders to define inventory analysis needs
• Prepare and analyze inventory performance and accuracy metrics
• Validate and investigate inventory discrepancies and variances




• Support period-end and year-end inventory accounting tasks
• Assist in process improvement initiatives for inventory controls

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Business Administration preferred
• 3-4 years in inventory accounting or reporting role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with inventory and reporting systems like JDA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
