Performance Expectations

Be part of a team of Microsoft Dynamics 365 developers and architects Design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Case Management solutions leveraging out of the box capabilities, configuration and customization Design and implement Microsoft .NET solutions to extend the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service module Utilize AI to augment and evolve team best practices for development,



design, and testing use cases, establishing MNP Digital as a Frontier Firm Implement solutions using hybrid-agile and agile methods Raise awareness of MNP at community events Three (3) years of experience implementing CRM or case management solutions, with two (2) years specifically with Dynamics 365 Customer Service module and Power Platform technologies SharePoint Net, C#, web services Data Migration (Azure Data Factory, KingswaySoft) Agentic/vibe coding Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Visual Studio Strong understanding of the full SDLC, including requirements, architecture, design, development and testing.
