AgeCare Ltd. in Mississauga, Ontario, is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide skilled nursing care for residents in collaboration with the Registered Nurse.
You will guide Personal Support Workers, liaise with physicians, and ensure timely communication of any changes in resident status. You bring geriatric/rehabilitation experience, knowledge of relevant statutes, and a current CNO Certificate of Competence.
