This role emphasizes maximizing sales and customer support through exemplary service, whether in-person or over the phone. You will participate in cross-training to enhance your skill set across multiple store functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly, prompt customer service in-store and over the phone
• Manage CRM tasks to maintain relationships with regular customers
• Execute sales leads or transfer them to outbound representatives




• Perform cash handling and balancing procedures accurately
• Assist with inventory maintenance and shipping/receiving tasks

Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma with 3-5 years of experience
• Interest in agriculture/agri-business or petroleum industries
• Solid interpersonal skills and product knowledge
• Capability to lift up to 25 kg
• Current WHMIS and TDG certifications
