As a Hardscape Crew Leader, you will supervise 2-3 employees, prioritize tasks, and consistently monitor job progress. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting safety and quality standards. You'll be responsible for engaging directly with customers to enhance satisfaction and represent the company’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train a dedicated hardscape crew
• Interface with clients to address questions and requests
• Organize and prioritize multiple landscapes projects
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
• Install hardscape features to industry standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year hardscaping experience
• Proficient in operating necessary landscaping tools
• Ability to read landscape design blueprints
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass pre-employment background and drug tests
