Your role will encompass providing IT support to our Toronto and Dublin offices, assisting consultants across North America and Europe, and collaborating with vendors on Microsoft 365 solutions. This position thrives on proactive problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide IT support for Toronto office and remote locations
• Work with vendors for Microsoft 365 technical support
• Coordinate data integrity and Cybersecurity training
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and AV issues
• Manage IT asset inventory and documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
• Proven IT support experience in growing organizations
• Robust technical collaboration with vendors
