As part of the Broken Coast team at Tilray Brands, this limited-term contract role will see you nurturing cannabis plants under the supervision of the Grow Supervisor. You will perform tasks including nutrient application and pest management while ensuring stringent quality and sanitation standards throughout the cultivation process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Transplant and harvest cannabis plants
• Prune and apply nutrients as directed
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities
• Ensure product quality during the curing process
• Participate in training and comply with SOPs

Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Experience in regulated environments is an asset
• Willingness to comply with safety procedures
