FCL is seeking a permanent full-time Technical Agronomist to join its Ag Solutions team. In this influential position, you will leverage 6-9 years of agronomy experience to deliver high-quality training and provide expert technical support to local Co-op teams. Your efforts will enhance decision-making and drive market growth in agricultural products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver agronomic training through various methods
• Partner with managers to align training initiatives
• Provide expertise on crop protection and nutrition




• Support marketing initiatives with accurate agronomic messaging
• Train agronomists in best practices using AgZone FIELD

Requirements:
• 6-9 years of relevant experience in agriculture
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture; Master’s preferred
• CCA or PAg designation is advantageous
• Willingness to travel within territory
• Robust ability to influence and collaborate
