The Medical Radiation Technologist (X-ray Technologist) is responsible for all X-ray examinations requested by the referring physician, producing high-quality studies for interpretation.
Skills & Qualifications Required: Registration with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO) in good standing
Experience with Velox RIS and PACS preferred
Sound knowledge of general radiography and special procedures as required
Sound knowledge of radiation protection and the safe efficient operation of the X-ray equipment
Ability to provide superior patient care and consciousness of the patient’s safety and welfare




Professional demeanor and superior organizational skills
Ability to work independently, under pressure and to complete the work efficiently in the allotted time
Strong interpersonal verbal and non-verbal communication skills (Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to communicate in additional language(s) preferred)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to patient and staff safety
Willingness to work flexible hours and excellent attendance
Licence/Certification: CMRTO (required)
Pay: $40.00-$44.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 42.0 per week
