Vestas is seeking a Lead Supervisor for the VAME CPX team with 100% travel and site-based work across open construction projects. You will be the right hand of the Construction Manager, coordinating installation and commissioning activities on CPX sites.
You will plan daily work for technicians, mentor site personnel, and oversee all site activities from component delivery to turbine handover, enabling protected and productive operations with SAP/Procore guidance.
