Key Responsibilities:
Deliver protected, quality care through nursing assessment and planning
Document all activities in the health care record




Administer medications and monitor residents for effects
Consult with Physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Provide guidance to Health Care Aides (HCAs)

Requirements:
Current CRNM/CRPNM or CLPNM nursing license
Experience in long-term care preferred
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Effective decision-making and critical thinking
Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
