In this full time role, you will manage recruitment, performance management, leave administration, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles
Guide performance management and employee coaching
Administer employee leaves and WCB claims
Conduct workplace investigations and resolve concerns
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Human Resources
Minimum of three years HR experience required
Knowledge of HR legislation and best practices
