The Waterfront Operations Coordinator supports the safe, effective, and customer-focused operation of marina facilities across the waterfront portfolio. Reporting to the Area Manager, this position coordinates daily operational activities, provides frontline tenant and stakeholder support, conducts routine inspections, assists with maintenance, and supports compliance with organizational, safety, and environmental standards.
